Delicious & Easy Meatloaf
For two to three people, cook once and eat twice is what you can do with this recipe. Gotta love that to save preparation time. Add a vegetable or two and dinner is served. With all wholesome ingredients, it’s nutritiously packed. Just as the title says…it’s delicious and easy!
Ingredients
1 lb. of grass-fed ground beef
1 medium red onion, diced
1 cup of gluten-free oats
2 tbs. organic ketchup
1 pastured egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well.
Put meatloaf in loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
