Gluten Free Pizza
Keeping it simple and delicious! Look at the ingredients label. So good. This was a great find for us! This whole line of products is yummy! We love their crackers too. All gluten free.
Pizza is one food I’ve missed. I LOVE it! This is the best gluten free option I’ve found. It’s been a tasty treat.
The recipe below is taken from the back of the box. We actually bake ours on a baking stone. If you’re like me being gluten free and missing pizza, give this a try. I know I’m thankful to be able to eat pizza once again.
Ingredients
2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBSP Olive Oil (Extra for forming if needed)
1/3 cup + 2 TBSP Water
Directions
Heat oven to 350 Degrees F.
Whisk apple cider vinegar, oil and 1/3 cup water together in a large bowl.
Add mix and stir well until dough is formed. Dough should be soft and easy to form into crusts without crumbling. Add up to 2 Tbsp. added water if dough crumbles and breaks easily.
Use extra oil to coat a sheet pan and hands before shaping the dough. We use baking stone. Roll dough into one or two equal-sized balls. Place ball on an oiled pan. Lightly oil hands (to prevent sticking). Shape dough into one 10x10-inch square or two 8-inch circles with raised edges.
Bake crusts for 15 minutes without toppings. Bake until crust is slightly golden on the surface.
Remove from oven, add sauce and desired toppings.
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven, slice and enjoy!
